SETTING UP SHORTCUTS TO YOUR

FAVOURITE TABLEAU REPORTS

Want to create a shortcut to your favourite reports in Tableau? Follow the steps below to set this function up.

STEP 1 - Login to tableau

Log in to Tableau and navigate to the Business Insight Report V2 folder.

STEP 2 - select your favourites

Under each report (or whole suite of reports), you will see a star icon.

Select this star under any of the reports (or the whole reporting suite) that you want to mark as your favourite/s.

Step 3 - View the shortcut

To view your favourites, click on the star icon in the top right hand corner of any Tableau page. You will then see a list of all the reports you have selected as favourites.

To shortcut to any of these favourites, select the report from the list and you will be taken directly to it.
